Job summary

CHART COOLER SVC CO INC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own projects from order receipt through delivery in engineering-heavy environments. You will manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder satisfaction, interfacing with engineering, supply chain, quality and logistics.

The role requires at least 5 years in project management within heavy industrial or construction settings, a bachelor’s degree in engineering (or 10 years’ equivalent experience), strong leadership, negotiation, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within engineering or heavy industrial settings.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 10 years’ PM-related experience with similar responsibilities.
• Experience in financial aspects of project management (margin, variance, cash flow).
• Strong ethics, teamwork and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and operate in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Own the customer relationship as the primary contact, guiding communications and escalations throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality and logistics to facilitate collaboration.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resource plans aligned with objectives.
• Lead execution by tracking milestones, reporting, follow-ups and risk mitigation to protect margins and delivery.
