Project Manager, Engineering
In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and leading company resources to execute NPI customer‑focused programs from kick‑off, through design, to release to production. Project Managers support multiple integrated products that include Power Amplifiers, Switches, Filters, and SiPs. Your team will aim to meet customer specification compliance, cost targets, critical milestones, and prototype delivery schedules. You will develop detailed project schedules and present project‑critical updates to management.
Responsibilities
- Chair weekly development team meetings across a multi‑functional group.
- Resolve technical issues to ensure product compliance / robustness against specifications (customer & internal).
- Drive critical‑path schedule tasks and risk‑mitigation plans.
- Support customer interaction alongside Product Line Management, Marketing, Customer Quality, etc.
- Ensure compliance with product development processes through internal / external audits.
- Present programs to senior management and other functional leads within BU / Operations / Quality.
- Demonstrate track record of product development.
- Use a flexible approach and influence and motivate others.
Requirements
- Preferred education: BSEE, MSEE, MBA, or related technical discipline with 5 years of NPI semiconductor experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and retention skills for critical information.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, specifically within a matrixed organization.
- Team player with results‑focused attitude and passion to win/contribute.
- Ability to collaborate to establish efficient systems of operation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, Planview PPM Pro, or Oracle Agile PLM is a plus.
