  • Stakeholder Communication: Lead status meetings and prepare executive dashboards to communicate progress and risks to senior leadership.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Track component deliveries and ensure compliance with technical specifications and contractual terms.
  • Risk & Change Management: Maintain risk registers, drive root‑cause analysis for challenges, and oversee change management processes throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor project health (on‑time delivery, budget variance) and implement improvements based on lessons learned.
  • Post‑Deployment: Support customer handover, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical or hardware projects (experience in data center infrastructure or server deployments is highly desirable).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency with MS Project and modern collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage both executive and technical audiences.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills for multidisciplinary topics.
