Job summary

Linxon is hiring a Project Manager for Energy and Infrastructure Projects in Raleigh, NC. You will lead EPC project delivery from initiation to handover, owning P&L, budgets, and schedules, while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires PMP or equivalent, strong communication skills, and ability to travel as needed. The position offers a hybrid on-site presence in Raleigh with competitive compensation and extensive benefits.

Responsibilities

with a strong track record of delivering complex EPC, electrical transmission, substation, and infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.You are a results-driven leader with experience managing full project P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow management, and commercial performance.You are skilled at leading and motivating multidisciplinary project teams, creating an environment focused on safety, collaboration, accountability, and high performance.You are an effective communicator who builds strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.You have a solid understanding of project management principles, project controls, risk management, contract management, change management, and project execution methodologies.You are proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify risks, resolve challenges, and capitalize on opportunities to improve project on project sites during construction and commissioning activities.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,200 to $157,600. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
