Job summary

Jobot in North Dakota is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Electrical Construction to lead planning, execution, and delivery of large electrical projects across the Midwest.   • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

  • Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective project plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager - Electrical Construction for one of our clients based in North Dakota. This is an exciting opportunity to put your construction management skills to work in a challenging and rewarding environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our electrical construction projects, from initial planning to completion.

Responsibilities
  1. Leading and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical construction projects.
  2. Developing and tracking project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  3. Negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring the best possible terms for our company.
  4. Implementing strategic plans to achieve project objectives and ensure the efficient use of resources.
  5. Leading and managing project teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  6. Overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available when needed.
  7. Identifying and managing project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues and ensure project success.
