Job summary

Quest Personnel is recruiting an experienced Project Manager in Atlanta to join a well-established ENR Top 400 General Contractor. The role covers projects from preconstruction through closeout, with accountability for budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and subcontractor management.

You'll work across commercial, K-12, higher education, government, and industrial sectors, collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing GC projects.
• K-12 / education or Industrial project experience preferred.
• Based in Atlanta or open to the Atlanta market.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and take ownership of project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and education construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, quality, safety, and closeout.
• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
