JOB TITLE: Project Manager, Enterprise Business Solutions

Description:

Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to completionwith astrong understanding of project management methodologies, a proventrack recordof delivering projects on time and within budget, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of business analysts and project administrators in support of administrative services functions including human resource management,financial managementand reporting, facilities management, asset management, etc.

• Coordinate efforts with software partners in planning and maintaining our ERP and administrative services systems

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and tracking systems to ensurethe successfulcompletion of projects.

• Delegates and oversees the process of EBS related projects.

• Manage project resources, including budget, staff, and vendor relationships.

• Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure project goals are met.

• Measures and mitigates risks, communicates concerns, project status, and changes to stakeholders, management, executive leaders, and team members.

• Manage project scope and change control processes to ensure projects stay on track.

• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

• Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with stakeholders and project teams.

• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Certificates
