Job summary

Palermo Villa, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Milwaukee.

You will own project execution from concept through commercialization, coordinating R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Finance to ensure alignment with business objectives. You’ll drive plans, milestones, risks, and communications, delivering outcomes with accountability and clear status updates to leadership while fostering collaboration

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project management or cross-functional project roles.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Leading cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment to business objectives and customer expectations
• Developing and managing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Acting as the central point of coordination across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Finance
• Aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and expectations
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring execution stays on track
• Identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
• Communicating project status, decisions, and risks clearly to stakeholders and leadership
• Driving accountability for execution and milestone delivery
• Supporting standardized project management processes, tools, and best practices
• Leading project teams without direct authority to deliver results
