Job summary

Palermo's Pizza in the Milwaukee area is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from idea to commercialization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

You will develop and manage project plans, coordinate across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Finance, and drive accountability for milestones and delivery in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project management or cross-functional project roles.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop and manage project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Act as the central point of coordination across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Finance.
• Aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure execution stays on track.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Communicate project status, decisions, and risks clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive accountability for execution and milestone delivery.
• Support standardized project management processes, tools, and best practices.

This role is responsible for driving structure, accountability, and progress across projects, not just tracking timelines.
