Job summary

Cis-International-LLC is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the drawing update efforts, manage schedules, and align contractor deliverables with stakeholders. The role does not require an engineering degree but demands solid PM experience in drawings, field verification, and infrastructure updates.

You will collaborate with draftspersons, contractors, and client teams, tracking progress and reporting status throughout a ~3-year program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, coordination, construction coordination, facilities, infrastructure, utilities, or technical project support.
• Experience managing projects involving drawings, diagrams, field verification, contractors, document control, or infrastructure updates is required.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma, medical device, biotech, manufacturing) preferred.
• Ability to understand project scopes, drawings, redlines, schedules, and contractor deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of the fire suppression drawing update project.
• Manage project schedule, priorities, deliverables, action items, risks, issues, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with draftspersons, contractors, vendors, client stakeholders, facilities, EHS, engineering, and other participants.
• Track progress of drawing updates, field verification, redlines, and closeout deliverables.
• Facilitate coordination meetings, prepareMinutes, and maintain action-item logs.
• Support contractor coordination, site walks, document requests, drawing reviews, and project reporting.
• Maintain project trackers, drawing status logs, and reporting summaries.
• Escalate delays, missing information, and risks in a timely manner.
• Ensure project documentation is organized and aligned with site requirements.
• Support a disciplined project execution rhythm for the roughly 3-year duration.
