B&A is seeking a part-time Project Manager to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Enterprise Database Infrastructure Services. This role requires coordinating with Government COs, Task Order Managers, and client representatives to ensure timely delivery in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years of related experience), plus 5+ years of leadership experience in IT/consulting, and current DoD IAM III and PMP certifications, with an Active Secret

Job Summary

B&A is seeking a part-time Project Manager to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Enterprise Database Infrastructure Services.

• Anticipated Award: January 2027
• Anticipated Start: February 2027
• Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 2 Option Years

Responsibilities

• Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
• Under the guidance of the Program Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• At least five (5) years relevant experience
• At least five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.

Required Certifications

• Current DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III
• Current Project Management certification (e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification)

Security Clearance

• Active Secret, adjudicated within the last five (5) years
