Novaspect, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Distributed Control Systems in Schaumburg, IL. The role involves leading project plans, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to deliver process automation solutions on schedule and within scope.

You will manage stakeholder communications, drive risk mitigation, and contribute to proposal development and sales efforts while maintaining strong customer relations and ensuring successful project execution.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor of Science degree.
• 3-6 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
• Solid understanding of DCS systems and their role in project planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Works with limited oversight and occasional guidance from more experienced Project Managers.
• Develops project plans and budgets to guide the execution of the project.
• Coordinates and directs technical and organizational interfaces to execute the project plan.
• Manages multiple projects of increasing complexity, ensuring they stay on track and meet goals.
