TEKsystems is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to drive digital banking transformation initiatives across mobile and online platforms.

The role focuses on enterprise-scale projects in a large financial services environment, from planning through delivery, with emphasis on customer-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading digital product and technology transformations, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering results in Agile settings.

• 7+ years leading large-scale enterprise projects and digital transformation programs.
• Proven Agile and Scrum delivery experience with multiple stakeholder groups.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives within a large financial services environment. This role will focus on modernizing digital banking experiences across mobile and online platforms while driving complex, enterprise-scale projects from planning through delivery.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading digital product and technology transformation programs, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering customer-focused solutions in Agile environments.

Required Qualifications

• Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Digital Banking Platforms
  • Mobile Applications
  • Online Banking Solutions
  • Customer Experience (CX) Transformation
  • Enterprise Technology Modernization Programs
• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Strong experience managing digital transformation programs.
• Proven experience in Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience overseeing complex technology and business projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, mid-to-large-scale digital transformation projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive execution of initiatives focused on digital channels, including mobile applications, online banking platforms, and customer experience enhancements.
• Facilitate project governance, decision-making, and prioritization activities.
• Partner with business, product, technology, and operational teams to align project outcomes with strategic objectives.
• Ensure projects adhere to established project management methodologies, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting on milestones, risks, issues, and overall program health.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and support Scrum-based delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experiences, and operational effectiveness

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
