TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale merger integration program, consolidating two legacy systems into a new core platform while running a parallel digital conversion. The role emphasizes execution, cross-functional coordination, and managing multiple vendors and internal teams.

You will work closely with a Program Manager, driving day-to-day execution, ensuring milestones are met, and maintaining clear communication across complex workstreams.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting large, complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and followthrough skills with the ability to manage many moving parts simultaneously.
• Experience working in task-driven, milestone-driven environments rather than purely strategic roles.
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams without being the technical subject matter expert.
• Ability to ask the right questions, capture details accurately, and keep workstreams aligned.
• Self-directed and proactive with minimal need for micromanagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors or third-party partners is a plus.

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support one of the most complex conversions within their organization. This role will support a largescale merger integration program involving the consolidation of two legacy systems into a new thirdparty core platform, alongside a parallel digital conversion.

This Project Manager will work closely with a dedicated Program Manager and will be responsible for driving daytoday execution, coordination, and followthrough across multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams. The role is highly executionfocused and requires strong organizational discipline, communication skills, and the ability to manage complexity without constant oversight.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
