Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial interior TI or office buildout construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contract administration, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and build relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (MS Project, Procore, or equivalent).
