Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced technology delivery leader to manage complex, distributed systems projects and oversee multiple functional teams in New Jersey.

You will drive planning, budgeting, demand intake, capacity forecasting, and project lifecycle management while engaging senior leaders and business partners to align on priorities and deliver results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of end-to-end technology delivery and project management experience.
• Experience delivering large, distributed systems projects.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and vendor SOW management skills.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

Overview

The role requires substantial experience in project planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, and delivering results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and directly manage Application Development, Solutions Design, Business Systems Analysis, Support, and Technology Project Management teams.
• Ensure seamless management of ongoing infrastructure support shared services.
• Communicate the technology organization’s overall book of work and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Act as the primary point of engagement for planning, demand intake, capacity forecasting, and project lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in end‑to‑end technology delivery and project management.
• Strong experience executing large, complex projects in a distributed systems technology ecosystem.
• Project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation skills, including managing vendor statements of work.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good knowledge of Retail Banking Collections Recovery space is preferred.
• Prior experience in Banking domain with a TDM role is preferred.
