Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead in consulting or digital transformation environments.
• Proven success leading product initiatives, technology implementations, and complex project deliveries.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management and Agile delivery methodologies (planning, risk, governance).
• Experience aligning product strategy with delivery outcomes alongside business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

We're seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants who bring a blend of Product Management and Project Management experience. In this role, you'll help clients define what to build, why it matters, and how to successfully deliver it. Depending on the engagement, you may serve as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead, helping organizations transform ideas into measurable business results.

This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of Dallas, Austin, Houston, or San Antonio and must be willing to be onsite at the client or Slalom office up to 5 days a week

What You'll Do

• Lead product and project delivery engagements, partnering with clients to define strategy, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as a Product Manager and/or Project Manager depending on client needs, balancing product vision, roadmap ownership, and delivery execution.
• Facilitate discovery, define business requirements, prioritize features, and translate customer and stakeholder needs into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, driving collaboration, continuous improvement, and iterative value delivery.
• Define product and project scope, success metrics, timelines, dependencies, and governance structures to ensure successful execution and adoption.
• Manage delivery through proactive risk mitigation, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and effective facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and techniques, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and workflow automation, to improve team productivity, accelerate delivery, and enhance quality.
• Support business development through solution shaping, estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Mentor team members and contribute to Slalom's Product, Project, and Technology Delivery capabilities and community growth.

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Project Manager, Solution Owner, or Delivery Lead within consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success leading product initiatives, technology implementations, business transformations, and complex project deliveries.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management and Agile delivery methodologies, including planning, risk management, dependency management, governance, and execution.
• Experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to align product strategy with delivery outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to enhance planning, delivery management, reporting, analysis, and team effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as Pragmatic Institute, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile ( SAFe ), PMP, Certified Product Manager, or related credentials are a plus.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:The targeted base salary pay range for Consultant is $90,000 to $115,000, and for a Senior Consultant, $115,000 to $147,000.In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
