An established commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Manager for its Daytona Beach office. This role offers end-to-end ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

A growing Florida-based commercial builder delivering ground-up and interior construction projects across the retail, self-storage, medical office, and commercial sectors. The company maintains a lean structure, providing employees direct access to leadership, quick decision-making, and significant autonomy.

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Lead project scheduling, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, change orders, and project financial performance
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and trade partners
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Profile

• Strong project financial management and forecasting skills
• Ability to independently lead projects from inception to completion
• Experience working in a lean, hands‑on construction environment

Job Offer

$120,000 - $150,000 base salary
