Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is hiring Project Managers to support a growing portfolio of data center, advanced technology, industrial, and mission-critical projects. You will own project execution and coordinate closely with field leadership, subcontractors, design teams, and owners.

The role requires managing scopes from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating RFIs and submittals, and maintaining budgets and schedules. Travel may be required as assigned.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management responsibility on ground-up or technically complex construction.
• Strong understanding of cost management, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project controls.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Ability to travel or accept project assignments based on business needs.
• Data center experience is preferred but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate is a proven commercial or industrial construction professional who can take ownership of project execution while coordinating closely with field leadership, subcontractors, design teams, and owners.

• Maintain project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and documentation
