Job summary

Capco is seeking a Project Manager within its Cyber Security practice to lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives for major financial services clients. • 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects using Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
• Strong experience with project management tools including JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Visio.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and risk management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience delivering CyberArk projects, including privileged account onboarding, Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Azure/Microsoft 365 privileged access, or enterprise identity integrations.

The Role

As a Project Manager within Capco's Cyber Security practice, you will lead the successful delivery of Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives for leading financial services clients. Working closely with business, security, and technology stakeholders, you will manage CyberArk implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring delivery aligns with client security strategies, compliance requirements, and operational objectives. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, and cybersecurity consulting expertise to deliver impactful business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
