We’re seeking a dynamic, organized, and communicative professional to join our team in a multifaceted role combining project management, customer support, customer success, training, and social media management.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills to manage customer support, ensure customer success, provide training, and drive brand engagement through social media for our debt collection software. This role includes creating and managing social media content to attract new customers to SCollect. Candidates with knowledge or experience in debt collection are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee implementation projects, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
  • Customer Support (Tier 1): Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance for SCollect software.
  • Customer Success: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clients maximize the value of our software through proactive engagement and support.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training sessions (virtual and potentially in-person) to educate clients on software functionality and best practices.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media posts across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.) to promote SCollect software and drive new customer acquisition.
  • Social Media Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate records of customer interactions, project progress, training materials, and social media performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (development, sales, and leadership) to resolve issues, align messaging, and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organization and communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
  • Preferred: Knowledge or experience in debt collection or related industries.
  • Experience in customer support, customer success, project management, training, or social media management (preferably in a SaaS or software environment).
  • Proven ability to create engaging social media content and manage platforms to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer) and analytics to track engagement and campaign performance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, support ticketing tools, virtual training platforms, and social media management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home.
