Job summary

RENA Technologies North America is seeking a Project Manager in Albany, Oregon to oversee the design, manufacturing, and delivery of custom production tools and equipment. You will develop comprehensive project plans, maintain schedules, monitor budgets, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience managing engineering, manufacturing, capital equipment, or custom machinery projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining project commitments.
• High sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and requirements with sales, engineering, production, supply chain, and customers.
• Manage project schedules, hold status meetings, track milestones, and communicate changes.
• Track hours vs. budget and report on project financials.
• Collaborate with all management levels to drive project success.
• Perform risk analyses and report risk mitigation plans to leadership.
• Lead kickoff, milestone reviews, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain project documentation per company standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support continuous improvement in project execution and resource planning.
• Serve as the primary customer contact to align expectations and deliverables.
