Job summary

OBE is seeking a Project Manager to oversee glazing and curtain wall projects from award to completion. You will coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure successful execution and adherence to design specifications.

You will demonstrate expertise in glazing systems, schedule management, and documentation, while maintaining safety and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the curtain wall industry.
• Strong grasp of glazing systems, field installation, and product fabrication.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple products across various manufacturing plants.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, design, or engineering preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Project, and Word; familiar with ERP systems and standard PM tools.
• Deep understanding of architectural/structural drawings, specs, and scope definition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scopes including engineering, storefronts, curtain walls, operable windows, doors, and glass.
• Maintain communication with customers and stakeholders; ensure alignment with quotes and design needs.
• Develop and maintain a detailed schedule and keep thorough project documentation.
