Job summary

SK pharmteco seeks a Project Manager to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion. You will support Senior Project Managers by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables while collaborating with customers and vendors to align goals with organizational priorities.

Key duties include maintaining project documentation, monitoring milestones, escalating risks, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2 years of pharmaceutical or related industry experience preferred.
• Requires progressively responsible project coordination experience with exposure to technical or regulated environments.
• Understanding of customer expectations, project lifecycle management, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scope definition, scheduling, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to communicate deliverables.
• Forecast costs, timelines, and milestones; support proposals and customer presentations.
• Support technical solution discussions under direction of senior project management.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues or risks that may impact timelines or deliverables.
• Support program direction and coordination across technical and support teams to ensure project alignment.
• Collaborate with functional teams to facilitate information flow and meet project goals.
• Identify and track project risks and dependencies, escalating as necessary for mitigation planning.
• May manage smaller‑scale or less complex projects independently, or assist with multiple concurrent programs.
