Job summary

24 Seven Talent in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Project Manager, Creative & Production to lead photo and video shoots, campaigns, and high-visibility creative projects.

This hands-on role covers production from pre-production to post, coordinating teams, vendors, and talent in a fast-paced, luxury-content environment. Strong Asana experience and 4+ years of experience are required, with onsite work Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or creative operations.
• Strong hands-on photo and video production experience.
• Experience with Asana or similar project-management tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects and creative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own project intake, capacity planning, timelines, and campaign orchestration.
• Manage projects and workflows in Asana, keeping teams, deadlines, and deliverables on track.
• Produce photo and video shoots from pre-production through shoot day, including crew, talent, locations, vendors, props, styling, catering, shot lists, and logistics.
• Coordinate food and product shoots, including food styling, prop styling, and production needs.
• Manage photographers, videographers, directors, editors, stylists, vendors, and external production partners.
• Own the post-production process, including selects, editing, retouching, color, motion, revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners on campaigns and collaborations.
• Help execute celebrity, influencer, social, luxury, and culturally relevant content.
• Identify production risks and proactively keep projects moving.

We’re looking for a highly organized Project Manager, Creative & Production to lead the execution of photo and video shoots, food content, campaigns, collaborations, and other high-visibility creative projects.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands production from pre‑production through post, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and loves working on content that is trending, viral, celebrity‑favorite, culturally relevant, and elevated/luxury.

What You’ll Do
