Innovative Environments, Houston, is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Corporate Interiors team. You will oversee projects from design review through closeout, coordinating clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure profitable, high-quality interior spaces.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in commercial interiors or construction, reads CAD drawings, and can manage budgets, schedules, and documentation in ERP systems.

Formación

• 2+ years of project management experience within the commercial interiors or construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or experience equivalent.
• PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with general contractors, subcontractors, project contracts, AIA billing and relevant construction groups.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and design plans.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects from initial review through completion, maintaining accurate project records and schedules.
• Review project scope, contracts, and pricing packages; set up projects in ERP systems and manage COIs.
• Review change orders, price them, and update drawings and records.
• Organize bid documents, assist with proposals, and build client relationships.
• Coordinate design review, estimating, and kickoffs with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate invoice approvals and prepare AIA billing documentation.
• Provide project closeout documentation and review budgets with Estimating.
