The Project Manager will immediately oversee a large, mixed-use project that is close to starting. The Project Manager will have support, but will need to bring knowledge and expertise to this general contractor.

Our client is a large general contractor within the property and construction industry. They are known for their focus on quality project execution and fostering a professional work environment in White Plains and Westchester County.

Description

Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all project phases.
