Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

The Project Manager will immediately oversee a large, mixed-use project that is close to starting. The Project Manager will have support, but will need to bring knowledge and expertise to this general contractor.

Our client is a large general contractor within the property and construction industry. They are known for their focus on quality project execution and fostering a professional work environment in White Plains and Westchester County.

Description
  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all project phases.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
