Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and tracking of customer-based projects across divisions. You will ensure effective communication between internal teams and external clients to drive successful project completion.

The role requires coordinating with multiple divisions, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring feasibility and alignment with stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings per customer schedule and requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
