Job summary

Exp Federal Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team for US government projects. This position is contingent upon award of contract.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and ten years of project management experience—preferably with a US Government client. PMP certification is a plus, and the ability to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects to maintain scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality within contract purview.
  • Coordinate, communicate, and report to the Government Client.
  • Develop, review, and implement drawings, QC plans, safety plans, and project deliverables.
  • Provide inputs to finalize the project plan and adjust for unforeseen events.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules.
  • Lead safety briefings to the Client.
  • Complete daily reports on progress and monitor cost, quality, safety, and schedules.
  • Oversee all work to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct inspection teams, subcontractors, and suppliers/vendors.

The Challenge:

Exp Federal is looking to add a Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Principle Areas of Responsibility:
  • Must effectively manage projects to maintain scope, schedule, budget,safety,and quality within the purview of the contract.
  • In charge of coordination, communication, and reporting to the Government Client.
  • Mustbe able todevelop,review and implement drawings, specifications, QC plans, safety plans, Property Management systems, Health & Safety plans, and oversee the development of project deliverables.
  • Must be able to provide inputs toallthe precedingtofinalize the project plan as well asadjustalong the way for unforeseen events.
  • Must be able to develop and monitor project schedules.
  • Must be able to effectively lead safety briefings to theClient.
  • Must be able to complete daily reports on work progress as well as monitoring cost, quality, safety, and schedules.
  • Oversee all work to monitor compliance with the project requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct inspection teams,subcontractors,and suppliers/vendors.
The Skills, Knowledge and Abilities We Seek:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
  • Ten years of project management experience –related experience preferablewithaUS Government clientor an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintainUSSecurity Clearance.
