Job summary

Exp Federal is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a full-time role at Arnold AFB, TN. The position pays an hourly rate of $60.00-$80.00, with compensation based on experience, certifications, and location.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of construction experience, understands all facets of the process, and can obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling meetings and reviewing project documents as needed.
• Must be able to develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules.
• Demonstrated experience and competency applying the principles of UFGS 01 45 00.00 (Quality Control) and EM 385-1-1 Safety & Health Requirements.
• Responsible for developing dig permits, outage plans, etc. as needed to schedule the work with the end users.

The Challenge:

We are seeking a talented Construction Manager to add to our construction team in Tennessee. Exp Federal’s Construction Managers coordinate, schedule, and supervise construction projects from development to completion.

Principle Areas of Responsibility:

• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

Salary Base:

This full-time position as a Construction Manager has an hourly range of $60.00-$80.00. The actual hourly rate is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
