Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a West Palm Beach, FL construction project. The role requires guiding complex scopes, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining schedules and budgets in collaboration with ownership and field leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee project documentation, safety, and monthly reporting while developing junior team members and ensuring QA/QC across all phases of the project.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction PM experience managing large scopes.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management experience.
• Familiar with risk management, QA/QC, and safety requirements.
• Experience with construction PM software; Autodesk Forma a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

A growing construction management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its West Palm Beach team. This role will support a construction project being delivered in partnership with a prominent South Florida real estate development firm.
This is a strong opportunity for a construction professional with experience managing complex project scopes, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and working closely with field leadership, consultants, and ownership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project coordination, execution, documentation, and administration across assigned construction scopes
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, including scope development, bid leveling, subcontractor evaluations, and contract administration

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
