re:fab is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee renovation and construction projects from kickoff through completion. The role alternates between office coordination and site visits in New England, and requires strong scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.

Based in Lakeville, MA, you will coordinate subcontractors, track costs, review drawings, and ensure quality and on-time delivery. Travel is required across the region; salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee renovation and construction projects from kickoff through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects while communicating with field teams, clients, and internal departments. This role requires both office coordination and regular jobsite visits.

Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 depending on experience

Travel Requirements

This role is based in Lakeville, MA. Travel throughout New England is required.

Travel Requirements

Most travel is day travel to jobsites, though occasional overnight travel may be required depending on project location.
