Wheeler Services Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead concrete construction projects across the Southeast. You will plan, budget, oversee, and document all project aspects, coordinating scope, directing execution, and aligning with client needs.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering / Construction from four-year college or university.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sage, IntelliCAD, Topcon Robotics, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Define the scope of the project with the plan, resources, activities and schedule to successfully complete the project.
• Monitor project deliverables and maintain active communication with clients and staff.
• Review the quality of the work with the project team to meet standards.
• Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality levels.

Your best fit for this position The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing and documenting all aspects of concrete construction projects. Project managers may coordinate the scope, provide direction of each project to be on schedule and budget, and be responsible to client needs.

Your daily challenges and goals

• Define the scope of the project with the plan, resources, activities and schedule to successfully complete the project.
• Monitor project deliverables and adjustments establishing active communication with clients and staff.
• Reviews the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
• Ensures that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.

What do you need to succeed in this Role?

• Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering / Construction from four - year college or university. / PMP certification as a plus.
• 5+ years of previous experience in Concrete construction industry
• Obtain OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid
• Strong Knowledge in Data base management, Sage, AutoCAD, IntelliCAD, Revit, Topcon Robotics and MS Office Suite.
• Strong business acumen in project management, scheduling, resource management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
