Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing architectural construction documents and collaborating with our drafting department to create project specific fabrication drawings.
• Oversee process of submittals and approvals of fabrication drawings from each project's architect of record
• Soliciting quotes and ordering material pertaining to the particular projects assigned to this project manager, while keeping budget, manufacturing/delivery times, and project schedule in mind
• Speaking to jobsite representatives from other companies as well as installers from Kelly Glass to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy of installation
• Coordinate with other Kelly Glass project managers and field operations supervisor to schedule installation/manpower/material-delivery for projects assigned to this project manager with multiple weeks advanced notice
