• Communicate with jobsite representatives and installers to ensure accurate installations.
• Coordinate with other Project Managers and Field Operations Supervisor to schedule installations weeks in advance.

Project Manager ( Commercial Glass)

• The position is approximately 90% office-based management and 10% construction site and/or warehouse management.
• Strong attention to detail, planning, and teamwork are essential.
• Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Full-time, in-person position in Peoria, IL.
• Must be willing to learn new things.

Daily Responsibilities

• Review architectural construction documents and collaborate with the drafting department to create project-specific fabrication drawings.
• Oversee the submittal and approval process for fabrication drawings with each project's architect of record.
• Solicit quotes and order project materials while managing budgets, manufacturing and delivery timelines, and project schedules.
• Communicate with jobsite representatives from other companies and Kelly Glass installers to ensure efficient and accurate installations.
• Coordinate with other Project Managers and the Field Operations Supervisor to schedule installations, manpower, and material deliveries several weeks in advance.
