Position Overview:

Cennox is seeking a Construction Project Manager to work remotely in the Los Angeles/Inland Empire area. The company specializes in commercial construction and renovation services for financial institutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing commercial renovation projects from inception to completion
• Supporting site superintendents and staff
• Coordinating with subcontractors
• Assisting with daily office tasks

The ideal candidate will have project management and construction experience, interior finishing expertise, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Duties:

• Conduct site surveys, manage budgets, negotiate with clients, onboard and oversee subcontractors, develop schedules, and handle project close-out
• Define project scope, forecast resources, secure permits, draft budgets, manage costs, oversee contracts, coordinate with architects and engineers, manage materials and staff, handle invoicing, and address client escalations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
• Experience with commercial interior projects, including finishes, painting, flooring, millwork, electrical, and saw cuts
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Clean DMV/background check
• Reliable transportation and flexible hours for after-hours and weekend work
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and detail-oriented skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction software; OSHA 10 (30 preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Work indoors and outdoors, including in inclement weather
• Stand for long periods, sit, drive, climb, bend, reach, and have corrected vision to 20/20
