Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to support owner’s representative services on a large-scale federal development program in the Virginia Beach area. You will collaborate with senior leadership to manage vendors, costs, and schedules while coordinating with client stakeholders.

The role requires 4–6 years of PM experience in ground-up/multi-family construction, NAVFAC/DoD exposure, and onsite work in Hampton Roads five days a week. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture.
• 4–6 years of construction project management experience, including ground-up construction.
• Direct NAVFAC project experience or comparable DoD construction experience.
• Multi-family residential construction experience in a developer or owner’s representative capacity.
• Experience reviewing and processing change orders on active construction projects.
• Comfort interacting with military and government stakeholders in a professional capacity.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Hampton Roads area five days per week.
• PMP certification (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Prior experience managing vendors on a large program.
• Familiarity with Public-Private Venture (PPV) military housing programs or student housing privatization initiatives.
• DoD SkillBridge or Military Transition Program (MTP) participants with relevant construction project management experience are encouraged to apply.
