ARCO Companies is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with owners and design teams, develop concepts, review scopes, and drive value engineering. The role emphasizes buyout oversight, safety, and on-schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred.
• Estimating experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• Advanced Technology, Food & Beverage, Multifamily, Life Science and/or Data Center project experience

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution.
• Work with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in proposal meetings with owners to review scope and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee buyout process and selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
• Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
