Responsibilities include customer interface, client development, project scoping, estimating, scheduling, procurement, construction oversight, safety oversight, cost and progress monitoring, management, and reporting. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule, interfacing with various stakeholders.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and standards within corporate boundaries; coordinate activities of all personnel on assigned projects.
  • Monitor and control construction through on-site supervision; investigate serious situations and implement corrective measures; approve purchase requisitions and change requests.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards; maintain project documentation; assist with safety program implementation.
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interests and maintain good client relationships.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as directed by regional management.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year construction management/engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, design, finance, and management.
  • Ability to apply management techniques to maximize performance.
  • Understanding of industry practices; excellent communication skills; business-oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects, with budgets between $50M-$300M, in sectors like general construction, electrical, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
  • Valid US driver’s license and passport; willingness to travel (~70%).

Ideally, also possess:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, standards, and safety.
  • Proficiency in project strategy, planning, and budgeting.
