Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in New York, NY seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex real estate projects, drive planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, and foster client relations. Requirements include a related bachelor's degree, PMP or equivalent, 7+ years in project management, and strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Estimated compensation for this position: 130,000.00 – 180,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
