Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in the commercial real estate space. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

You will guide project teams, foster a culture of collaboration, and ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum of 7 years in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of MEP or Infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge or experience in manufacturing projects.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of MEP or Infrastructure projects
• Knowledge or experience in manufacturing projects

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience leading projects in multiple sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and healthcare
• Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation
• Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Estimated compensation for this position:

115,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year
