Job summary

ARCO Companies seeks a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion in the United States. You will manage estimating, proposals, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, design reviews, and execution while aligning with owners and design teams.

The role emphasizes value engineering and timely decision-making. The position requires 3-5 years of GC project experience, design/build exposure, and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred.
  • Advanced Technology, Food & Beverage, Multifamily, Life Science and/or Data Center project experience.
  • Estimating experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.

Responsibilities
