Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects for a general contractor.
• Track record of managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract documents, and project financials.
• Confidence to make decisions and know when to involve others.
• Clear communication and pride in delivering quality work.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

An award winning Atlanta area commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up construction from preconstruction through closeout. This opportunity is for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, making decisions, and turning a set of plans into a project the entire team can be proud of.

The Opportunity

You’ll oversee the financial, contractual, and scheduling aspects of your projects while partnering closely with superintendents to keep field operations moving. Your ability to anticipate challenges, hold teams accountable, and communicate clearly will be central to each project's success.

What You'll Do

• Manage ground-up commercial projects from planning and buyout through turnover.
