Job summary

Mereo Fiber seeks an experienced Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ to serve as the main contact for customers during project execution and ensure successful outcomes. You will control scopes, timelines, labor and materials, coordinating with multiple teams to deliver quality projects on schedule.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, and upholding safety while navigating a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects with strong prioritization.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional dispersed teams.
• Knowledge of or interest in the construction industry.
• Experience with project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Familiar with Brivo, Open Eye, Eagle Eye, Residio, Honeywell, Control 4, Crestron, Real Page, Livly, Stratis, Schlage.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clarify requirements, track project performance, ensure full scope delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive and/or high-level project plans to be shared with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Coordinate and supervise dispersed project team.
• Monitor project issues, scope changes, risks and milestones providing confident and honest project progress evaluation to internal teams and customers.
• Remove project roadblocks and creatively assist in conflict resolution to improve team productivity and overall project delivery.
• Report on project and portfolio progress on a weekly or as needed basis.
• Assist in verifying projects are being completed to drawings/specifications/SOPs.
• Keep project documentation organized and up to date, manage documentation version control.
• Use and continually develop leadership skills serving as a role model throughout each project.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
