Job summary

County Materials Family of Companies is seeking a Project Manager for County Prestress in Thompson, Ohio. You will lead concrete formwork and structural projects, coordinating with general contractors, engineers, and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in construction, the ability to interpret drawings, OSHA 30 certification, and travel up to half of the time for site visits and reviews.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience (concrete, formwork, or structural preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification (required or must be obtained within the first year).
• Travel up to 50% of the time, including site visits, customer meetings, and design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of concrete formwork, shoring, and structural projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost controls, and reporting.
• Oversee project estimating, scheduling, and installation phases.
• Review and ensure safety, quality, and compliance on job sites.
• Mentor, coach, and develop project teams.
• Negotiate and administer contracts, subcontractors, and vendor agreements.
