Job summary

Allegiance Group in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead structural concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with field leadership, clients, general contractors, subcontractors and internal teams to manage schedules, budgets, procurement and overall project performance.

You will oversee budgets, RFIs, submittals and change orders, ensuring accurate drawings and specifications are followed while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Project management experience within structural concrete construction.
• Understanding of concrete construction, project sequencing and field operations.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between office and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural concrete projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement, materials, subcontractors and project resources.
• Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to maintain production and schedule.
• Review drawings, specifications and project scope requirements.
• Manage relationships with General Contractors, clients, vendors and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve project issues to minimize cost and schedule impacts.
• Support project buyout, contract administration and closeout.

A well-established structural concrete contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to its team in the Washington, DC market. The Role
