Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned industrial construction project manager in Cary, NC, to own P&L and lead top teams. The role demands strong technical skills, a Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering/accounting, and at least 5 years of PM experience with Procore and Primavera.

You will oversee budgeting, subcontractor selection, safety walks, and client billing using Procore and related tools. This is a growth-focused opportunity with competitive compensation.

• Manage project files in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and provide monthly client billing.
