You don't need to come from commercial painting. The key is understanding how to manage a project, communicate with the right people, stay ahead of issues, support the field team, and make sure the work gets completed successfully and profitably.

The right person will be someone who shows up, takes accountability, solves problems, and doesn't make excuses.
