Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking Project Managers for our St. Louis (Rock Hill) team to lead commercial and light industrial projects from inception to completion.

You will manage estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and design reviews while coordinating with owners and design teams. A design/build background is preferred and strong PM software proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of project management experience on large commercial or light industrial projects.
• Design/build experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all managerial aspects including estimating, proposals, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution.
• Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings with owners to review scope and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings.
• Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.

A Day In The Life

• Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution

Necessary Qualifications
