Job summary

ARCO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and light industrial construction projects in the St. Louis area (Rock Hill). You will manage project activities from inception to completion, with emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of project management experience, design/build exposure, and proficiency in PM tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.

Qualifications

• Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
• Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
• Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines

A Day in the Life:
